About SMITH
I have a BSc in Sports Science and a level 4 Strength and Conditioning qualification. I have worked in coaching for over 20 years with experience of working with a variety of individuals and groups. I achieved a 2:1 in my degree while also managing an exclusive leisure facility in Leeds.

Everyone is different, what works for one person won't necessarily work for someone else. For me communication and relationships are the key, having open and honest lines of communication leads to successful outcomes and happy clients. I base my training plans on the needs of the individual as well as the demands of the activity that they do.
