Pilates is more than just having a hardcore workout. Just like massaging, swimming or stretching, Pilates is also about stretching the muscle constantly. With this, the body should feel good and tension-free!
I love pairing controlled movements with an emphasis on form. I’ll throw in a good mix of back and shoulder strengthening work along with full body exercises for that extra burn!
