Hello! I’m passionate about making math an enjoyable and confidence-building subject for young learners. With years of experience supporting students from Grades 2 to 6, I know that every child learns differently—and my goal is to meet them where they are. My teaching style is patient, friendly, and highly personalized. I break down complex ideas into simple, easy-to-follow steps and use interactive techniques such as visual aids, real-world examples, and engaging activities. I believe math should feel simple, engaging, and enjoyable for young learners. My approach is to break down complex concepts into clear, step-by-step explanations, using real-life examples and interactive exercises. I use a mix of visual aids, practice problems, games, and quick quizzes to make learning active and fun. This helps children not just memorize formulas but truly understand the “why” behind the numbers.
Typical Lesson Plan
Warm-up (5 minutes): A quick recap or fun brain teaser to refresh concepts.
Core Learning (20–25 minutes): Introduction of a new topic with simple explanations, worked examples, and guided practice.
Practice & Application (15–20 minutes): Students solve problems on their own with my support where needed.
Wrap-up & Review (5–10 minutes): Summary of the lesson, identifying key takeaways, and assigning a small practice task to strengthen retention.
