With over 20 years of experience teaching math at elementary and middle school, I’ve developed strong skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and creating productive learning environments. In my 8th grade Pre-Algebra class, 92% of my students passed their STAAR test, showing how hard work can really pay off. I always try to meet students where they are and give them the help they need. I believe everyone can get better at math with practice. Even though some of my students had trouble with math or behavior in the past, they were able to succeed because of the support they received. I have experience teaching through different methods and approaches, and I’d love to find an approach that works best for you. It just shows that with the right help, everyone can improve.
