About Mathew
I maintain a good sense of your needs, feelings and way of learning. I use these to your advantage to help you build the confidence you are searching for. I also bring in materials on networking, making lessons malleable, able to adapt to the needs of the day/moment. My approach is more soft, kind, and encouraging rather than soul-crushing negativity. I opt for constructive analysis and feedback on the work you do, and with our mutual goal setting (as student and prof) we can align the lessons and have goals and signs of progress along the way.

I’m relatable, organized and have a great memory. I speak to your situation, see you for who you are, and never forget your name. My methodology is engaging, builds your confidence and understanding of the human mind, motivates you to take the responsibility necessary and challenges you to take solid first steps. I went from being “that kid” with no friends sipping orange juice in the bathroom to now networking, public speaking and running my own projects. I want you to grow, through mentorship, like I did.
