She is a very good teacher, who will help you to stay fit and makes your mind calm.
I REALLY LOVE DR. LEKSHMI’S WEIGHT LOSS CLASSES. ITS THE BEST! DEFINITELY A GAME CHANGER. THE CLASSES ADD GOOD RESULTS TO MY WORK OUTS . IT KEEPS ME FOCUSED & MOTIVATED ON THOSE DAYS WHERE I FEEL A LITTLE LESS MOTIVATED TO WORK OUTS.
She is very professional and committed to her job . Her classes are techanically sound. It’s a great and valuable time for me .
Dr.Lekshmi is punctual , engaging, has patience and has a good knowledge in this domain. She has strong communication skills also listens very well to my doubts and tries to clear them all very well. She believes in me and my abilities. Enlights my weaknesses so I can improve in those areas also boosts my confidence to become a better person physically and mentally
Highly recommended
