About Callie
I have held positions as a STEM instructor at several non-profit organizations, including the Grand Traverse Conservation District and Inland Seas Education Association.
I have experience teaching at the university level as a Graduate Student Instructor at the University of Michigan.
I have facilitated STEM Education programs for high school students and worked as a high school debate coach for 2 years.

I absolutely love teaching! I have completed education coursework and implement tried-and-true teaching strategies for learners of all types. Learn biology outdoors on a field trip! Learn chemistry by cooking! Learn math using rockets! I love using innovative teaching strategies to get you excited.
I have a bachelor's and master's degree from the University of Michigan in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology and am currently a PhD student at Stanford University.
I have won numerous awards, including being nominated as the top student in the Life Sciences at the University of Michigan, a National Science Foundation Doctoral Fellowship, being nominated as a Stanford Graduate Fellow, and a finalist for the Rhodes Scholarship.
