About Martina
With 17 years of professional experience, I teach Saxophone to school, college, and working professional students. I work with beginners as well as advanced learners and customise lessons to meet individual goals.
My teaching philosophy focuses on clear understanding, practice, and steady improvement. I believe learning music should be enjoyable and meaningful. I use real-life examples and structured exercises to support effective learning.
I maintain clear communication and honesty in every lesson. Students are encouraged to practise regularly and follow disciplined learning habits.
My saxophone lessons cover breathing techniques, tone development, finger technique, rhythm training, scales, music reading, and musical expression. I also assist students with performance preparation.
Many of my students have performed confidently in events and programs. Helping students grow musically is my greatest achievement.

My teaching methodology for saxophone is practical, simple, and goal-oriented. I believe learning music should be enjoyable and well guided. I use real-life examples and case studies from performances and recordings to explain musical ideas.
I begin by understanding each student’s learning style and goals. Lessons are personalised for beginners and advanced students. I focus on breathing control, tone quality, finger technique, scales, articulation, rhythm accuracy, and musical expression.
Strong communication supports my teaching process. I explain lessons in simple English and demonstrate techniques clearly. Students are encouraged to communicate openly and ask questions.
Integrity guides my teaching values. I give honest feedback and motivate students to practise regularly. Along with saxophone lessons, I also teach related subjects such as music theory, ear training, sight reading, and performance skills. My aim is to help students build confidence and musical skill.
