I am a student of sports training at the University of Antioquia, I am studying the 5th semester, I have trained groups and in a personalized way both in boxing and in physical conditioning and fitness, I am passionate about what I do and study, I always look for new experiences to train and get results in others.

I use different methodologies that I have learned through my training and have put into practice, because this is not like a recipe, I am looking for a fusion or a methodology for the type of work or person to be treated, since physical exercise must be adapted to the person and not the person to him. I seek to plan each session in a structured way, seeking efficient and correct learning of the fundamentals and tactical thinking in boxing, always giving importance to details and seeking to reinforce what has already been learned and necessary for each person.
