About Andy
I am a strength and conditioning coach / sport scientist, currently working in a professional sporting environment.
I have a Master of Science degree and am a certified strength and conditioning specialist with the NSCA.
I have over 10 years practical industry experience working with both the general public and athletes. I started my career as a gym instructor / personal trainer; moving up to an assistant manger position after a number of years; I have opened up and worked in my own personal training facility; I have worked in various sports, amateur and professional including rugby, football, track and field and gaelic games.
I also lecture on sports science type courses and have experience tutoring for more than 5 years.
Specialist in strength and conditioning, anatomy and physiology, biomechanics and nutrition.
