About Thomas
I am a health professional and sports educator since 2016. Specialized in the care of the lambda athlete to the professional athlete, I am able to take care of the least pain or discomfort that you could feel. I work in parallel in my own private health care practice north of Rennes. With an experience in gym, fitness and bodybuilding for almost 10 years, I practice martial arts and combat sports since I was 3 years old.

I take stock every time we start a follow-up together, to target your performance, your current level, your goals and your wishes. This assessment is based on the quality of your movements (prevention of injuries and optimization of your results), your mobility restrictions and your performance. The follow-up can be regular face-to-face, at home or in gym on the Rennaise region, or at a distance.

Coaching très performant avec des programmes personnalisés. Son coaching m'est très bénéfique pour ma préparation phisique dans le sport que je pratique (football américain ).
