About Ariel
* I have a degree in sports training, I specialize in Judo and in personalized training to improve sports performance and the person's health, in a gradual and dynamic way. * I have two specialties abroad (Japan and Germany) in specialized sports training. * I worked for several years at Unam as a judo and fitness coach. * Currently in charge of the Judo de Querétaro team and their physical preparation.
