About Rachael
I have worked multiple jobs in the special needs community to give myself multiple experience to best serve my clients. I have student taught in multiple schools, teacher different age groups and subjects. I have done one on one ABA therapy. I have most recently worked in special recreation creating my own programs. In my personal life I received a lot of hands on experience working with my brother who has Autism.

My teaching method is relating to my students. I believe students learn more when they are excited about what they are learning. I also believe in visual aides and hands on learning. Most importantly to support students with special needs I will have a set schedule for each lesson and for multiple lessons I will set routines in lesson plan. Lessons will be planned on what the students goals are. I have experience working with student goals that are personal or academic.
