As a special educator, I fully appreciate every student's individuality. We'll start with assessments that reveal what your child's strengths are and what challenges they face in math. From there, I develop a curriculum map; showing you what we'll cover and the end goal These lessons are for every student from Kinder through 8th grade. A typical lesson begins with drills and warm ups - because learning really IS fun. Then we progress into critical thinking skills, executive functioning and sharp student skills. Objectives are directly taught with plenty of time for practice. Students end the class by citing what they accomplished and what they still wonder about. Because learning never ends.
