About Hannah
Hi! I’m a mom, a creative problem-solver, and a specialized tutor with nine years of experience working alongside middle and high school students with complex learning needs.
I pride myself on bringing a calm, steady, and patient energy to every session. I know how frustrating school can get when the "standard" way of doing things doesn't work. As a creative thinker who loves finding fresh solutions to everyday problems, I bring that same inventive mindset to tutoring. If you are stuck on a difficult subject, overwhelmed by organization, or struggling with IEP/504 coursework, I step back and build a custom path that makes sense to you.
My goal is simple: to make learning feel manageable, reduce academic stress, and give you the personalized support and confidence you need to thrive.

With nearly a decade of dedicated hands-on experience supporting students, my approach is rooted in three core principles: patience, calm presence, and radical flexibility.
Middle and high school are crucial transitional years where academic demands increase alongside social and emotional development. For students with complex learning, behavioral, or neurodivergent needs, frustration can quickly become the biggest barrier to learning. My goal is to lower that barrier and build a safe, structured space where students feel supported, understood, and empowered to succeed.
My goal is to guide you toward independence as a student; a guide to help you learn while simultaneously building your confidence at the same time! I will meet you exactly where you are, no matter what, and we will BUILD from there!
My lessons are great for students who are easily overwhelmed or frustrated - I pride myself in cultivating a calm environment that is student-led while progressing alongside their growing confidence.
With nine years of experience supporting diverse learners, I recognize the importance of consistency. I collaborate closely with parents—and I can also align with existing IEPs or 504 plans—to ensure our tutoring sessions reinforce a cohesive strategy for long-term growth and confidence.
LETS GROW!
