About Asiyah
I have 15 years of experience in teaching in logistic Private School which has helped me device creative and facilitating teaching methods to students of all age groups. During my education and career, I have gained a great deal of insight into the following concepts: Professionalism, pedagogy, including inclusion, didactics, interaction, and recognition.
Career Experience
Yam Unity RH4 (London) joined 9th September, 2019 Working as a support worker providing specialised accommodation, care to children and young people. Besides both listen and provide support to children and young people with experience of domestic abuse in a one to one group setting using person centered approach, including organizing activities during holidays and helping settle children and young people into the refuge when they first arrive.
Home Tuition, Substitute & Voluntarily Teaching Classes (Denmark) 2012 - 2019 During my bachelor degree programme I have being engaged in home tuition, voluntarily teaching and substitute on call, besides my three teaching practices.
Herstedvester School. (Denmark) September 2010 - June 2011
Teacher assistant attending pupils ranging from 8 years up to 16 years. I assisted in developing lesson plans, collaborated with teacher to monitor the pupils development and learning. Delivering lesson plans in the absence of teacher.
Kindergarten Blokland. (Denmark) October 2006 - October 2007 Teacher assistant attending and stimulating children’s games and conversation. Besides that: children with special needs, resolution of conflict among children, but also planning of the educational work, in general.
Jinnah international School. (Denmark) October 2005 - September 2006 Substitute teacher served as on call, accepting teaching assignments. Provided full time classroom instruction as assigned elementary school. Additional responsibilities including assisting other teachers, tutoring / mentoring students.
Shah Welfare Society, Islamabad School of Excellence September 2000- June 2005 I have instructed as a teacher for 6 years in Shahs Welfare Society, (Islamabad School of Excellence), Pakistan, from 2000 to 2005, where I was responsible for Maths and English, concerning the primary children; myself being a prior good student of English and Maths, in a Convent School.
