About Leah
My interest in Spanish began with a passion for languages and cultural learning. This led me to complete a Master’s in Spanish Studies, where I developed strong knowledge of grammar, pronunciation, and communication techniques. Over the past 8 years, I have helped students learn Spanish in a structured and simple way that builds confidence and fluency.
I believe language learning should be interactive, practical, and consistent. My teaching approach focuses on speaking practice, clear explanations, and regular revision. I encourage students to practice daily, ask questions, and gradually build confidence in using the language effectively in different situations.
Outside teaching, I enjoy exploring different cultures and improving language skills. This helps me bring fresh and engaging ideas into my lessons. Teaching Spanish is very meaningful to me because I see students grow from beginners to confident speakers. Helping them develop strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and independent learning ability is one of the most fulfilling parts of my teaching journey.

Learning Spanish becomes easier when students understand how the language is used in real-life communication and practice consistently with proper guidance. In my lessons, I focus on vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, sentence formation, and conversation using simple and clear explanations. I break each concept into smaller steps so students can follow comfortably without confusion. I also include real-life dialogues, listening exercises, and interactive speaking activities to make lessons engaging and practical. Each session is interactive and supportive, helping students build confidence while learning step by step in a comfortable and encouraging environment.
As students progress, lessons are adapted based on their level and learning goals. Beginners focus on basic vocabulary, pronunciation, and simple sentence formation. Intermediate learners work on grammar, conversation practice, and comprehension skills. Advanced students focus on fluency, writing, and advanced communication. I provide regular speaking exercises, structured practice, and detailed feedback to ensure steady improvement and strong understanding of the language over time.
Spanish helps students develop communication skills and cultural awareness. As they improve, they become more confident in expressing ideas clearly and naturally. These skills are useful for travel, education, and professional growth. My goal is to make Spanish simple, practical, and engaging so students feel confident using the language effectively in real-life situations with clarity, accuracy, and independence while continuing to improve consistently and confidently over time.
