About Emily
I spent part of my childhood in Hong Kong, where I attended an international school and developed a love for languages and different cultures. Since then, I have travelled extensively throughout Europe, Asia and North America and enjoy meeting people from all over the world.
Alongside my studies, I have worked in hospitality, customer service, management and education roles, which have helped me develop excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with people from diverse backgrounds.
In my spare time, I enjoy travelling, photography, learning languages, music and discovering new cultures.

My lessons are tailored to each student’s individual goals, whether you’re a complete beginner, studying for your GCSE or A-Level exams, looking to improve your conversational Spanish, or wanting to learn language specifically for travel, work or personal interest.
As a final-year Language Studies student with an A in A-Level Spanish, I understand both the academic and practical sides of language learning. Having learnt foreign languages myself, I know that starting a new language can feel daunting, so I aim to create a friendly, supportive and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes.
Lessons can focus on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, speaking, listening, reading, writing and exam preparation. For beginners, I can help you build strong foundations and gain confidence from the very start. Every lesson is adapted to your individual needs, learning style and pace to help you achieve your goals.
