About Wendy
I arrived from Venezuela in '99 with very little knowledge of the English language. My process of learning English was full immersion and I believe immersion is the way to truly learn a language. I am outgoing, enthusiastic, compassionate and really enjoy making my classes fun. I have a myriad of teaching resources I will use in my tutoring sessions and I am open to creating some resources for you if I do not already have one created.

A lesson with me is full of fun activities, scaffolding, multiple parts to it and relevant homework assigned for the next session.
I am a visual learner and teacher and enjoy incorporating technology in my lessons.
I also thrive on teaching vocabulary my students will use on a daily basis with an emphasis on grammar.
