Having experiences in diets and nutrition combined with fitness. Meditation strengthen mind and exercise will strengthen our mind.. BOTH must be taken care of..

I teach and practice traditional yoga combine with fitness technique.. and i dont stop there.. monitor students individually so that their health gets benefitted too.. i believe both exercise and diet helps in weight loss.. so i will take care of that too
