About Adriana
Hello! My name is Adriana, I am 19 years old and I have always had a great passion for languages, especially English.
Normally, English is seen as an impossible challenge to overcome, as the enemy to always blame. With my classes, I want my students to lose their fear of speaking English, in addition to improving their grades.
My goal is for them to really enjoy the language instead of seeing it as a threat. After all, languages today, especially English, are an essential tool.
By studying a bilingual degree in Berlin, 80% of my day to day is carried out in English, with which my knowledge is not only reaffirmed but also developed.
However, not that long ago I was in the situation of my students, so I understand first-hand the possible difficulties and insecurities caused by the language.
I consider myself a calm, understanding and patient person. I strive for the student to feel confident enough with their knowledge when dealing with the language.

My methodology is based on learning through practical exercises and linguistic immersion, paying special attention to possible difficulties that the student presents.
The classes are especially aimed at ESO and/or Baccalaureate students, although I could adapt to lower or higher levels as long as it does not exceed a C1 level.
In general, a one-hour class would present the following structure:
1. Small conversation with the student to understand the
difficulties and concerns that have arisen in class.
(5 min)
2. Brief review of the agenda that they are giving to locate the
concepts that may cause more confusion to the student.
(15-20 min)
3. Focus attention on weak points and address them with
clear explanations, examples and questions, making sure at
all times the student is following the
explanation easily.
(25-30 min)
4. Round of questions: during this time the student can
Comment on any questions they still have. If they weren’t to have any, it would be me who would ask them the questions
to make sure that the student has assimilated the
concepts.
(5-10 min)
NOTE: In the supposed case of having class on close dates
to an exam, the classes would be approached in a
different way.
As a teacher, I always try to make my classes enjoyable, fun and in which the student loses their fear of speaking English.
