I have known Sophie for many years through educational teaching and through external educational outreach projects. I could not recommend her highly enough for history tutoring. Despite being highly knowledgeable in her subject she also possesses amble amounts of patience and kindness. I have no doubt she would be a great benefit to any student requiring extra support at GCSE or A level history standards.

I have known Sophie very well for 10 years now and we have remained very close friends throughout school and university. She is an incredibly patient and selfless person who makes every effort to help others.

She has often helped me with challenging school work and has explained complicated subjects in a clear and easy to understand way with a friendly manner and good humour that made even the most tedious topics interesting and fun.

She is unfailingly kind and empathetic and often goes out of her way to make sure other people are ok. I would highly recommend her as a tutor, as I am sure she would be able to help other people with the same dedication and generosity as she did with me.

Sophie is a person who has kindness and creativity at her core - two incredibly important characteristics for a tutor. She will always have patience for a student and never make them feel as though they need to be worried about asking a ‘stupid’ question. No matter the student’s ability, I know she will always be happy to help. Her artistic mindset helps her come up with creative solutions to any challenge - she can definitely translate this into creating unique ways of helping a tutee!

Sophie always gives 100% to any task she’s given and she never lets anyone down! Her natural ability to build strong relationships with people would make anybody look forward to her tutoring sessions.
