"Writing songs is rarely about waiting for lightning to strike. It is actually about the discipline of editing and rewriting until the idea works.
I entered this field because I realized that raw talent needs a map. My BMus Composition degree from the University of Auckland provides that structure.
I have guided 90 students through the process. Whether you are an independent artist, a complete beginner, or a career switcher, I focus on prosody and storytelling.
