About Danelle
Supporting students requires a patient ear that listens for the subtle cracks in a melody where a better word might fit. The smell of fresh coffee and the soft hum of an acoustic guitar define my typical studio space.
Over the last 10 years I have worked with 228 students including career switchers and complete beginners. I find that building dynamics across a song often requires a gentle nudge toward better prosody or a shift in perspective.
Writing to a brief helps many of my students overcome the fear of a blank page. My approach is rooted in my BM Commercial Music degree and a decade of practice.
Whether we are analyzing harmony basics or point of view I keep the tone supportive and calm. Helping you write music you love on your own terms is my main objective. I am ready to help you craft your next song.

Struggling to match your words to a melody often leaves you feeling frustrated with the direction of your latest project. You deserve a clear framework that makes writing to a brief feel like an exciting challenge rather than a chore. My 10 years of experience allows me to break down complex chord progressions into manageable parts. We will focus on harmony basics and building dynamics across a song to ensure your message lands with impact.
Completing a short project after every lesson gives you a sense of accomplishment and proof of your progress. I truly enjoy watching you find your own voice through these focused exercises.
