About Mariem
I am a certified somatic life coach, a Sound Healer, and a Yoga teacher. I work with people who are mentally overloaded. Many of the people I support are high-functioning, sensitive, or deeply caring, yet feel disconnected from their own needs and unable to truly rest.
My work is deeply compassionate. I place great importance on creating a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space where you can slow down and feel supported exactly as you are.
I don’t believe in pushing or fixing people. Instead, I help you build awareness, safety, and trust in yourself at a pace that feels right to you.

My approach is somatic and body-based, which means we work with what you are experiencing in the present moment and not only talking. Sessions may include embodiment practices, awareness and focus exercises, as well as practical tools for managing stress and simple techniques you can use between the sessions. Each session is adapted to your pace and needs. This coaching is especially helpful for stressed professionals, HSP, and anyone feeling mentally and physically drained who wants sustainable change.
