About Valentina
I am a yoga teacher trained in Ayurveda, an ancient science that seeks balance between our constitution, our inner nature, and the environment we inhabit. Both disciplines intertwine as paths of self-knowledge and healing, integrating body, mind, emotions, and spirit. I am constantly learning, both academically and personally, guided by curiosity, adventure, and the desire to live from love and authenticity. I believe that each person, through their individuality, can bring light to a world that is more human, more sensitive, and more loving toward our earth, our bodies, and all the beings that inhabit it. I invite you to share this practice space, where each class is an opportunity to inhabit yourself with presence, listening, and acceptance.

I invite you to a space of listening and presence, where body and breath become guides. To experience yoga as a tool to free yourself from mental conditioning and connect with your true nature. Through the practice of conscious movement and observation, you harmonize your body, mind, and life. We practice according to the rhythm of the day: Solar Yoga awakens and ignites your vital energy at the beginning of the day, while Lunar Yoga reduces stress, calms, and improves rest during the night. Solar and Lunar Yoga are an invitation to align yourself with the solar cycle: channel your energy to take action during the day, and surrender to deep rest at night.

Tomo clases de yoga con Valentina desde hace unos meses y lo súper recomiendo: es una profesional atenta y cuidadosa, que se encarga de dictar clases acorde a cada alumno, escuchando al cuerpo y alma de cada uno en ese momento. Salgo super relajada y recargada de una linda energía de cada clase. Su calidez y dedicación hacen que cada encuentro sea una experiencia única.
