About Fallon
My path into programming began with curiosity about how simple instructions could create powerful systems. This interest led me to complete a B.Tech in Computer Science, where I developed a strong foundation in algorithms, systems thinking, and software design. Over the past 11 years, I have worked closely with learners from diverse backgrounds, helping them move from confusion to clarity through patient guidance and structured learning.
I believe effective teaching comes from listening carefully and adapting explanations to each individual. My approach emphasises understanding why solutions work, not just how to implement them. I use examples, diagrams, and step-by-step reasoning to make abstract concepts approachable. Students are encouraged to ask questions openly and reflect on their thinking, which builds both confidence and independence.
Outside teaching, I stay actively engaged with programming through continuous learning, project exploration, and reading about emerging technologies. This keeps my lessons grounded in real-world relevance and evolving industry practices. Teaching programming is deeply rewarding because I see learners grow into confident problem solvers who trust their reasoning and enjoy the creative power of code.
