I promote self learning as you can't expect that you always need a teacher to learn new things, technologies and programming languages. It's a set of practices/ behaviors what you need to learn to become a proficient self learner. Hence my classes will be guided class where concepts will be explained with practical examples and then students will try complex assignment by their own and will receive help/guidence when they are stuck.
