I've worked in industry for years with Co-ops and Jr. Engineers. They've been from all different walks of life. We start out by going over your personal goals and objectives. Don't worry if you aren't sure 100% what those are yet. I have enough experience to help you figure that out. Then we will develop a plan together that will help you reach those goals. Then the fun starts. We will work together to solve some smaller problems with a focus on feedback and filling in knowledge/skill gaps. Eventually, your confidence level will grow, and you will take on more self-directed objectives, and I will be there to help guide you if you get stuck. We will celebrate your accomplishments, and learn from your mistakes together!
