About Embedded
When I started my job as software developer I saw this vast difference in coding practise, methods taught to me in colleges versus used in industry.
Initially I thought it to be my own problem of lack of understanding during college days. However I saw this same problem with most freshers. Over the years situation didn't improved.
As a senior engineer we had a responsibility to get work done from them and most would even fail in basic test and require lot of training ,thus we had decided to reduce hiring freshers. This thing was observed in many companies.
I started part time teaching as a hobby, after getting good response from students I decided to give teaching more time and involve myself in freelancing rather then full time coding job.
My focus is to bridged this gap. I teach my students based on there requirement and use my industry experience to solve technical problems.

I have 9 years experience in product based companies. I put my industry experience in teaching.
Industry experience plays important role as I can share real life situations faced when doing a particular task.
The syllabus is usually based on requirement, so student from school to someone who is working can attend this course.
When teaching coding I also teach how to assign time to particular task and maintain time sheet .
At the end of every course there will be mini project which will test and revise things they have learned.
