I focus on clarity of concept. Once a student understands, I take regular tests. I am more like a friend, teaching joyfully and making learning easy for students. A good teacher isn't one who knows to teach , but a person who knows to to learn and understand coz that way, he'll find an easy and alternate way of explaining the concepts.
As for Tejas, I know him since 9-10 yrs and he has not o my been a quick learner but also a favorite guide of his fellow students ; that's where I got to know his interest in teaching and now he is perusing the best ability of his....
He'll be a great help to all my fellow students.Apart from being a Great teacher, he is a quick learner and performer. He makes the concepts clear to his students through practical and day to day live examples. He is a determined person and at times try to indulge his students in extra curricular too.
