About Klanti
I am a software engineer and experienced college instructor with a passion for helping students feel confident with technology. I have professional experience building software and teaching web development and computer science to students with different backgrounds and skill levels.
My teaching style is patient, supportive, and hands-on. I understand that learning to code can feel overwhelming at first, so I focus on explaining concepts clearly and breaking challenging problems into manageable steps.

# My Teaching Approach
As a software engineer and experienced college instructor, I believe coding should be practical, approachable, and easy to understand. My goal is to help students build confidence while developing the problem-solving skills they need to become independent programmers.
I adapt each lesson to the student's current level, learning style, and goals. Whether you are completely new to programming or need help understanding a specific concept, I break complex topics into smaller, manageable steps and use real-world examples and hands-on practice.
# What a Typical Lesson Looks Like
Each lesson is personalized, but a typical session includes:
* A quick review of previous concepts and questions
* An introduction to the new topic using clear explanations and examples
* Guided coding exercises where we work through problems together
* Hands-on practice where the student applies the concept independently
* A review of the key ideas and recommendations for continued practice
I encourage students to ask questions and make mistakes because debugging and learning from mistakes are an important part of becoming a strong programmer.

I bring both **professional software engineering experience and college-level teaching experience** to my tutoring. I understand not only how to write code, but also how to explain technical concepts to students who may be seeing them for the first time.
