About Olly
Greetings! I'm a 23-year-old software developer based in Manchester, specialising in healthcare technology. My work in this field is a true passion, and I'm keen on inspiring others to pursue a rewarding career in computer science. Beyond my professional endeavours, I prioritise an active lifestyle. Over the last three years, I've maintained a consistent gym routine and recently ventured into mixed martial arts, finding it quite enjoyable. Reading non-fiction is another significant interest of mine, as it fuels my continuous learning and exploration across various subjects. Travelling is also high on my list—I recently explored Thailand for a month and have upcoming trips planned to Prague, Budapest, and Vienna. My aim is to experience diverse cultures and broaden my horizons. I am also a big fan of travelling, I went to Thailand for a month over summer and have just booked flights to Prague, Budapest and Vienna! I plan to travel all over the world. While my primary focus is on secondary school and college/sixth-form students, I welcome learners of all ages seeking to delve into software development, gain knowledge, and hands-on experience in this field.
