Saraswathy is the coolest yoga trainer. She helps me to come out of my comfort zone and try the different asanas which I never thought I would do in my life. She explains every asana practice in detail and asks me to try as much as I can even I have learnt from her that yoga is not doing the asana with perfection it is all about trying and understanding our own body. I would end up stressing this work from home and pandemic if I haven't joined her class. It has been a year she is teaching yoga for me and I can see enormous changes in my day to day life and so much improvement in my yoga practice, it's all because of her.
