I come up with a plan of action, materials, and resources that are tailored to the individual needs of my students. I also set clear expectations and goals for each session, and ensure that my students are aware of them.

As a tutor, my approach would be first to understand the student's current level of knowledge and skill in the subject. This can be done through discussions and assessments. Once I have an idea of where the student stands, I would begin by building a strong foundation of the basics of the subject. I believe that a strong foundation is crucial in understanding advanced concepts.
I would then move on to more complex topics, using real-life examples and scenarios to help the student understand the concepts better. I would also encourage the students to ask questions and clear any doubts.
In addition, I would aim to make the learning process engaging and interesting by using visual aids, interactive tools, and even games to help the student understand the subject better. I would also assign practice problems provide feedback on the student's progress, and work with them to identify areas that need improvement.
Overall, my goal would be to help the student not only improve their grades but also develop a deeper understanding and appreciation of the subject.
