About Jose
Long and wide experience in education. A 25 years of a rounded experience through practice, research and policy in formal and non-formal Education and Learning Organizations, as high-school teacher / HoD, researcher and lecturer in international universities, and as mentor, advisor to policymakers, independent consultant, and author.
International perspective. As an Independent Consultant, I have worked all over Europe, Middle East, Near- and Far-East, and America. Experience working with policy-makers, CEOs and leaders of learning organizations and industries.
Multi-discipline approach. Academics talk, in theory, about the need for multi-disciplinary backgrounds but, in real life, it's not appreciated. Still, I reclaim my multi-disciplinary approach. My international perspective within the framework of 21st Century Education ingrains a multidisciplinary approach spanning: Social Sciences, Humanities, Philosophy, Philosophy and Methodology of Social Science, Educational Studies (all areas), Management and Innovative Leadership, Teaching and Learning, Innovative Curriculum Design, Literature, Mass Media and Communication. Not only have I covered them but I have also added value.
