For all the student's attention is given to feel the benefits of practicing yoga, Individual class plans on all the days, if you are a beginner it's good to start with the basic mild movements, according to the student's flexibility, and strength, I will guide them to feel the benefits of postures with my instructions, Pranayama, Hatha yoga, yoga nidra, restorative yoga, power yoga, wall yoga, Posture Correction, Chakra Meditation classes are given according to the scheduled plan and students mindset, Classes starts with Warm-up, Surya Namaskar, main postures, cool down, savasana, affirmations, and motivations are done in all the classes
