Personal trainer in martial arts with experience in group fitness and individual classes. Highly trained and experienced in the areas of sports nutrition, flexibility training, calisthenics and yoga. Knowledge of first aid and CPR. I have a true passion for designing nutrition and fitness programs that help clients develop a true sense of well-being. Managing software allows me to track clients' progress to generate accurate reports.
