Objective: To improve singing skills and develop a better understanding of vocal technique
Materials needed:
- Sheet music or lyrics
- Recording device
- Piano or keyboard
- Pitch pipe or tuning fork
- Mirror (optional)
Warm-up (10 minutes):
1. Begin with deep breathing exercises to warm up the diaphragm and relax the body.
2. Perform vocal exercises such as lip trills, sirens, and scales to warm up the vocal cords.
3. Practice articulation exercises using tongue twisters to improve diction and clarity in singing.
Vocal Technique (20 minutes):
1. Work on vocal exercises to improve range, tone, and flexibility in the voice.
2. Focus on posture, breath control, and proper vocal placement to achieve a supported and resonant sound.
3. Practice vowel and consonant exercises to improve pronunciation and articulation in singing.
Repertoire (20 minutes):
