About Gwen
I have 6 years of teaching experience and hold a PhD in Vocal Performance Studies. Music has always been a major part of my life, and teaching allows me to help others discover the power of their voice. Over the years, I have worked with students seeking both technical development and creative growth.
My teaching philosophy focuses on encouragement, patience, and structured learning. I help students build strong vocal foundations while supporting individuality and artistic confidence. Every learner receives instruction that reflects their unique goals and strengths.
One of the most rewarding parts of teaching is watching students become comfortable and confident performers. I enjoy helping learners overcome challenges and celebrate their achievements. My aim is to create lessons that inspire growth, enjoyment, and long-term success.

My singing lessons focus on helping students develop healthy vocal habits while improving musical expression and performance confidence. We work on breath control, vocal placement, pitch accuracy, resonance, articulation, phrasing, and song interpretation through structured and engaging activities. Every lesson encourages steady improvement and personal growth.
I incorporate vocal exercises, ear-training tasks, performance coaching, repertoire development, and confidence-building activities to strengthen overall vocal ability. Students learn how to use their voice efficiently while developing a stronger connection to the music they perform. Lessons remain supportive and motivating throughout.
Each lesson is tailored to match the learner's goals and experience level. Whether preparing for auditions, performances, recordings, or personal enjoyment, students receive practical guidance and constructive feedback. My goal is to help singers develop confidence, consistency, and artistic expression.
