About Ivy
With 17 years of experience as a singing tutor for college students, I focus on delivering lessons that are both structured and engaging. I believe that every student has a unique voice and learning style, and I adapt my teaching methods to match their individual needs and goals.
My lessons focus on important vocal skills such as breathing techniques, pitch control, tone quality, vocal agility, and expressive singing, along with performance training and confidence building.
I combine traditional vocal exercises with modern tools like recording sessions, playback feedback, and interactive learning methods to make lessons more effective and enjoyable.
I also encourage students to explore different music styles and experiment with their voice, helping them grow as creative and versatile singers. My teaching style is patient, motivating, and student-centered.

My Singing teaching methodology is student-centered and focuses on motivation, communication, creativity, and proper time management. I believe that each student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching methods to suit their individual needs and goals.
I motivate students by appreciating their efforts and helping them improve step by step. I use clear communication to explain techniques such as breathing control, pitch accuracy, and tone improvement. I make sure students understand and practice each concept before moving forward.
Creativity is an important part of my lessons. I include activities like song interpretation, vocal exercises, and expressive singing. This helps students enjoy learning and build confidence.
Each class is structured with proper time for warm-ups, learning, and practice. I provide regular feedback and guidance for improvement.
Apart from Singing, I also teach music basics, rhythm, ear training, and performance skills to help students become well-rounded musicians.
