About Shoval
My name is Shoval Niv, I’m 24 years old and currently a music performance student in London. Music is my passion, and from morning to night I am always exploring and deepening my knowledge. I started my journey 8 years ago as a beginner guitarist, and I still feel there is always more to learn. I have extensive experience teaching guitar, music theory, and technique, as well as performing, recording, and leading ensembles. I believe the best lessons come from listening to the music that inspires you, discovering what excites you, and using that curiosity to improve—but nothing replaces hard work and dedication. My main expertise lies in contemporary styles, especially rock, pop, surf rock, and indie rock, but I also love exploring shoegaze, synth-pop, Brazilian music, garage, and electronic music. Lessons are conducted in English, and I am committed to guiding students patiently through their long journey to grow as both guitarists and musicians.
