About Tuana
I am a graduate of the BAU Part-Time Conservatoire and have attended multiple short courses, including training at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts. I work professionally as a theatre director and am currently directing a play focused on themes of immigration. Alongside directing, I work with both children and young performers (16+), and I have experience guiding actors through text, intention, and performance development in structured rehearsal environments.

I work through detailed text analysis combined with practical redirection. Each monologue is first assessed through a self-tape provided by the actor. Then, I deliver written feedback in PDF format, focusing on clear, actionable notes. The live Zoom session is then used to apply this feedback in real time, testing and refining choices through performance. My priority is honesty and helping the actor build grounded, repeatable work.

Details
I begin with a free 30-minute introductory Zoom session. This meeting is purely consultative and is used to discuss the actor’s goals, current material, and the working path we will take together. No performance feedback is given during this session.
