About Ayushi
Namastey everyone! My name is Ayushi. I recently graduated from Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute and Research Centre based in Lonavala. I have completed my post graduation diploma in yoga education equivalent to 900 hours of training in traditional yoga with scientific approach and being qualified as yoga teacher/instructor. I am also YCB level-3 certified from the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India. Creating balance and helping my clients to do the same to live a healthy and wonderful life.
