Pooja Ma'am is my senior teacher, I might not be in the same field but I have seen her and have learned a lot from her. The way she handles every child is a thing to learn. She understands every childs need and work according to that. Her observation skill is great and the way she talks and tries to understand parents concerns is also remarkable. I have seen her classes as I am also trying to learn how to handle special children and have learned from her a lot. All her students are not students to her, she handles them more like her own child and her students have shown lot of development in all sectors. She works on the overall development of each student and plans individual IEP for every child depending on the childs problems and needs. I love her work and would love to leans from her more and more in future.
