Hey! I'm Will, I'm a Senior Royal Navy physical training instructor with over 8 years of experience in the health and fitness sector. Currently specialising in body re-composition, Cross Training, bodybuilding, fat loss, muscle gain, strength training, health and well-being advisory services. Boasting a broad range of experience and qualifications setting me apart from the average civilian personal trainer along with the professionalism and excellence to back it all up. Using my app, I am able to train anyone, anywhere regardless of equipment and time constraints. Constant WhatsApp check-ins ensure success whilst adapting training, nutritional planning and rest as required. If I can't change your life, nobody can.
