About Vitthal
Hello! My name is Vitthal Phad, and I am a Computer Engineering professional with 19 years of combined teaching and software development experience.
I began my career as an Assistant Professor of Computer Engineering, where I spent 8 years teaching undergraduate engineering students subjects such as Java, Data Structures, DBMS, Operating Systems, Computer Networks, and Software Engineering. During this time, I also guided final-year projects, conducted practical labs, and mentored students in their academic and career growth.
For the past 11 years, I have been working in the software industry as a Senior Java Developer and Technical Lead, building enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, SQL, Kafka, and AWS. This experience has given me practical knowledge of modern software development and industry best practices.
Why I Want to Share My Knowledge
Teaching has always been more than a profession for me—it is something I genuinely enjoy.
Throughout my career, I have found satisfaction in helping students and professionals overcome challenges, build confidence, and achieve their goals. Many learners struggle because programming concepts are often taught as theory without enough practical context. My experience in both academia and the software industry allows me to bridge that gap.
I enjoy breaking complex topics into simple, understandable steps and showing students how concepts are applied in real-world software development. Whether someone is preparing for exams, completing assignments, working on a final-year project, or getting ready for technical interviews, my goal is to make learning practical, engaging, and effective.
I believe that knowledge grows when it is shared. Helping students succeed, develop confidence, and build successful careers is the most rewarding part of teaching.
