About Leon
I played sport at the highest levels. I failed to reach the pinnacle and wanted to know why. I coached sport at the highest international levels and wanted to know why some fail, some partake, and a few achieve. Why? This became an obsession, and I went about studying, researching, and putting into practice what I gained in knowledge over the years. I have found one common denominator to all - self-esteem. Then I looked into how, when, and where it derives from. I found a simple teachable method of instilling self-esteem.

Self-esteem is gained in 3 methods. 1. You achieve success, you achieve self-esteem. But this is like the chicken and the egg! How do you achieve without self-esteem? 2. You can instill it permanently in children aged 2-7 years. Parents have to do this. I teach how. 3. Teach yourself. Understand how your brain works, follow my simplistic teaching, and you can change who you are.

Perfect! Absolutely phenomenal from the get-go! Already learned a lot and looking forward to spending more time with Leon.
Perfect! Leon is a one in million type of personalities, he is both elite in sports (Golf and Tennis) as well as having immense understanding of the psychological aspect to make good players, great. This abillity him an all rounder and a great mentor for anyone wanting to advance their skills as well as increasing their mental strength to handle any type of pressure when performing. Highly recommended and thanks for the lessons so far boss.
