About Pushpak
I'm Pushpak Patil from Ahmedabad India. I meditated for the first time in 2013 in the last two years of engineering.
After that I found it very helpful in focusing on my studies in spite of distractions at college and social gatherings. I matured as a meditator and felt the need to teach what I had learned.
Meditation helped me very much in harmonizing the relationships and becoming calm and settled.

If you are finding some trouble in relationships, career and education then you have landed into the best course online. I will work one on one with you to set up a daily yoga routine with asanas, pranayama and meditation.
I have been teaching yoga and meditation since 2017. My classes were offline and during COVID I had started teaching online on Zoom. I am registering on this platform so that I can reach people like you who need harmony with self, environment and nature.
