About Anil
My self Anil Godara I am a yoga teacher and my yoga journey started in 2017 when I started practicing yoga. Before practicing yoga, my nature was very aggressive and impatient. I also had a back pain issue for a long time, and after starting practicing yoga, my nature changed a lot and my back pain also went away. Then I started studying yoga as a professional and completed my bachelor's degree in yoga from University of Patanjali Haridwar and started teaching yoga as a professional.
